About Pete Richardson
For the past eight years, Pete Richardson has lead the Paterson Center—an organization that trains, equips and leads upper level executives, church and cultural leaders through the LifePlan™ and Paterson Processes™. As a certified LifePlan™ facilitator, Pete has guided over 600 individuals in 17 years through a two-day intensive life perspective and life purpose process. As a certified Paterson Process™ facilitator, he has led over 50 for-profit and non-profit leadership teams through the process of planning and executing their corporate vision.
Prior to that, he worked as a message-development consultant and publishing plan writer for Yates & Yates—a law firm and literary publishing agency representing many top authors in the United States.
Throughout his career, Pete has been immersed in various forms of for-profit and non-profit industries, ranging from start-ups to multi-national entities. A native of Colorado, he’s had diverse experiences including being one of the first employees hired by Promise Keepers in 1991 where he helped executive produce their nationwide events and was Vice President of Communications and Creative Services for ten years.
Pete has a B.S. in Biology from Colorado College and earned his Masters of Divinity from Denver Seminary. He continues to serve as an understudy and partner with Tom Paterson, an author, inventor and established strategic process facilitator for Fortune 500 companies. He has been married to his best-friend and bride, Janet, for 26 years and live in Lafayette, Colorado. They have two children: a 21 year-old daughter, Jordan, and a 20 year-old son, Pearce.
