About Tim Keller
Dr. Keller is the Senior Pastor and founder of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Manhattan, New York, “one of Manhattan’s most vital congregations,” according to Christianity Today. The “Influentials” issue of New York magazine featured Keller as “the most successful Christian evangelist in the city” for his engagement with the young professional and artist demographics. He moved to the city with his wife, Kathy, and their three sons in June of 1989 to begin Redeemer. Over the past 20 years, the church has grown to five services at three sites, with a weekly attendance of over 5,000. Named one of the Top 25 Most Influential Churches in America, Keller’s ministry is notable not only for winning over New Yorkers who are skeptical to faith, but also for its missional approach, planting more than 100 churches though
Redeemer City to City. Prior to that, Tim was a professor at Westminster Theological Seminary and a Pastor in Virginia for nine years. Tim has led the PCA denominations church planting initiatives and remains committed to promoting and nurturing the growth of new churches in New York City and around the world. He received his bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Penn., his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hampton, Mass., and his Doctor of Ministry from Westminster Theological Seminary. He is the author of
Counterfeit Gods; The Prodigal God; Generous Justice,The Reason for God: Belief of God in an Age of Skepticism -- named book of the year by World Magazine in 2008; and the recently released
Center Church.

Andy Crouch is the Executive Producer of

Leadership. A senior editor at Christianity Today International, he has served as executive producer of the documentary films Where Faith and Culture Meet and Round Trip and was editorial director of the Christian Vision Project from 2005 to 2008. Andy serves on the governing boards of
Fuller Theological Seminary and
Equitas Group, a philanthropic organization focused on ending child exploitation in Haiti and Southeast Asia. He is also a member of the editorial board of
Books & Culture, a senior fellow of the
International Justice Mission’s IJM Institute, and a member of the
Board of Advisors for the John Templeton Foundation. His writing has appeared in
The Wall Street Journal and in several editions of
Best Christian Writing and
Best Spiritual Writing. From 1998 to 2003, Andy was the editor-in-chief of
re:generation quarterly, a magazine for an emerging generation of culturally creative Christians. For ten years he was a campus minister with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Harvard University. He studied classics at Cornell University and received an M.Div.
summa cum laude from Boston University School of Theology.
