Experiential Learning
Learning comes by doing and part of the Q experience is getting out and practicing what we learn. In Washington D.C., each leader will have the opportunity to meet with government officials and NGO organizers around the concerns and issues they are working on in their communities.

Roundtable Discussions
Participants are seated at roundtables so that conversations can naturally follow main stage presentations. We personalize seating plans for each session to facilitate new introductions, conversations and potential collaborations.

Presentations
Speakers present their big idea in concise 18, 9, or 3-minute formats. Participants are exposed to numerous ideas from unexpected points of view that sharpen their understanding and motivate their action.

City
Each year we choose a new host city for Q in order to expose participants to different cultural contexts in which the Gospel is going forward. Within that city, we select a venue that is rich in historical significance and architectural beauty that represents the cultural ethos of the city.

People
Q brings together church and cultural leaders from every channel of culture. Each is committed to learning about the most pressing issues facing our culture and collaborating around how to advance the common good in a pluralistic society.

"...the signature annual gathering of next-generation Christian leaders."
"...they are not abandoning Christianity's core principles but finding a new way of engaging with the world."
"...hearing from leaders from all channels of culture...and learning from them.”

Venue
The Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium is an historic, neoclassical auditorium that is, without question, among the finest classical buildings in America. The gilded auditorium and lobbies are among the nation's most magnificent interiors. The building is a testament to the remarkable talent of its architect and deserving of an exalted position as a masterpiece of American architecture.
