Has served as a Senior Scientist for the Gallup Organization and has worked as a futurist for three decades with an expertise in maximizing creativity, increasing capacity, and maintaining personal wholeness.
He is the founder of Mosaic a spiritual community of faith in Hollywood and works as a writer, director, and filmmaker.
Erwin has a BA in psychology from UNC Chapel Hill, a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary, and a Doctors of Humane Letters from Southeastern University.
