5 Practical Ways to Eat "Well" During Lent
For many Christians, Lent is a season of restraint—particularly when it comes to food. As we begin this third week of Lent, consider not only
what you are (or aren't) eating but also where it came from. Our food choices can be an opportunity to practice discipline, intentionality and mindfulness. During the final half of Lent, be aware of what you eat and ask yourself regularly: Is this food choice sustainable? Is it merciful? Does it contribute to suffering or to flourishing?
